Membership Hold Request

Wanting to freeze your membership? Fill out the below form and we’ll be in touch regarding putting your membership on hold.

As stated in the membership agreement, you have the option to put your membership on hold up to 4 weeks at a time for any reason.

Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than five (5) business days before your forthcoming scheduled billing and/or renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled membership/renewal payment. All payments are non-refundable.

Once the hold period expires, your account will automatically reactivate and scheduled membership payments will resume.

If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 14 or 30 day membership cancellation notice requirement applies as stated in the membership agreement. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
